Complete the payment form. Enter your missionary's name (e.g., John Alan Smith), their missionary email address (e.g., john.alan.smith@missionary.org), and, if you wish, add a note before clicking "Pay."
If the system prompts you for an address, you can use your home address for shipping and billing details, or the address for CCM in Mexico.
